Vinisce is a quiet little village and a small harbour only a short ride away from Split and Trogir. The local inhabitants are engaged in farming, fishing and tourism.

Waters around Vinisce are fish-rich and ideal for the underwater fishing. There are many attractive inlets with sandy and pebble beaches. This picturesque village is great for a quiet and pleasant holiday.

The are few islands opposite Vinisce accesable by boat only. Vinisce has about 800 inhabitants, church, post office, pharmacy, grocer's shops and konobas (authentic Dalmatian inns).

The nearby yahthing port of Marina (with its square tower built in 1495) is ideal for boat owners.

The disco night life in Vinisce is non-existant but in Primosten (15 km away) with one of the biggest disco clubs on the Adriatic sea "Aurora" is not.
