Nerezine is a small town and port, on the northeastern coast of the island of Lošinj with an ancient urban structure and traditional culture.

It was first mentioned in the 14th century.

Although its inhabitants used to live off of the growing of fruit and vegetables and fishing, thanks to excellent home-grown food, beautiful landscapes and favorable position of its harbor that is suitable for smaller boats, tourism is becoming more and more important.

There are many examples of picturesque architecture dating back to times when many inhabitants of the town were seamen who built magnificent homes for their families.

We recommend you take a walk through town after spending a nice day on the beach.
